MY SMartsheet ACCOUNT HAS ERROR AND IS NOT ACCESSIBLE, HOW TO FIX IT?

Issue : Unable to access Smartsheet account on my Web Browser

Most of the time, we seen this issue is mainly caused by the user's hardware and browser. The browser clearly indicated the error message as "This site can't be reached https://app.smartsheet.com is unreachable"
The bottom of the message also provided "Try running Windows Network Diagnostics"

Kindly refer to these two-steps guide mentioned below and follow the best-practice guide, and your problem will be mostly resolved forever.

Step 1 : Check Hardware

• Verify Smartsheet's Application Service Status, UP or DOWN?: https://status.smartsheet.com/ 👈🏻
  
• Check your internet router status and ISP (Internet Service Provider) status.
  
• If you are connected to home internet connection, you can perform a restart (Switch OFF and then switch ON) to your Internet Router. If you are connected to office's network, please reach out to your IT team for further assistance.
  
• Check your computer's network card status. (Refer to the screenshot below)

Best practice: we highly recommended to manually add these DNS addresses for best browsing experience.

Try to disable and then re-enable your network card again after you have added the DNS setting mentioned above.

Step 2 : Check Internet Browser

• Make sure you clear the browser's cache. (For Chrome | Firefox | Safari | Edge)
• Make sure your browser is updated to the latest edition (For Chrome | Firefox | Edge)
• Then, type https://app.smartsheet.com at the browser address bar to access to your account.
