Rick Benjamin Lye
Founder & Director

A tech enthusiast at heart, Rick has more than 14 years of experience in the tech industry as a Solutions Consultant. He specialises in developing, deploying, and teaching ICT solutions for business operations.
Before 57Network, his journey had not always been easy or straightforward. At the age of 35, he was jobless and felt depressed. That is, until he reconnected with his inner child and rediscovered his true passion: working with new technologies. Thus, his entrepreneurship began, pushing him on the path of sales and development in the tech space.

Vivien Chong
Modern Work Management Specialist

​A powerhouse in communication and business management, Vivien is a dynamic corporate trainer who is comfortable working with groups of all sizes. With 15 years of experience, she is an expert in designing and implementing training programmes for various purposes.
She has worked with companies in APAC and Europe to help them improve their productivity and performance. As a trainer, her delivery is highly energising and impactful. She does not just aim to share her knowledge, but also to equip participants with actionable, ready-to-use skills by the end of each training. Her specialisations also include leadership development, and event and programme planning.
