Personal Data Protection Notice
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “the PDPA”) which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions applies to 57Network Consultancy Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “57Network”, “our”, “us” or “we”). For the purpose of this written notice, the terms “personal data” and “processing” shall have the meaning prescribed in the PDPA.
1. 57Network collects personal data and information from End User for the purpose of providing information about the Product and/or the Service or in Product and/or Services deployment.
2. The personal data and information which 57Network collects include the Name, email address, company name, company address, contact numbers etc.
3. This written notice serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of 57Network.
4. The personal data collected/will be collected, held in computer and/or in manual files, used, disclosed and otherwise processed by 57Network to facilitate the subscription to the Product and/or the Services or relevant activities organised by 57Network and other purposes as follows:-

Should there be any changes in the personal data, such as address, phone/fax number, email address and other personal identification or information, the End User is to update the same with 57Network as soon as possible so that 57Network may update its records.

- to register End User for the Product and/or the Services;
- to activate the account for the End User in relation to the Product and/or the Services;
- to send you information and updates in connection with the Product and/or Services;
- to send End User information, updates, advertisements, promotions of any other product or services of 57Network or its related third party supplier;
- to respond to queries, requests and feedback;
- for administration purposes;
- billing, collection of outstanding charges and finance purposes;
- for the maintenance of database and customer service related purposes;
- for purposes of compliance with any legal, regulatory and/or statutory requirements.
5. 57Network may disclose and transfer the personal data to the following parties (whether within or outside Malaysia) for the purposes stated above:-
- third party suppliers (including those located overseas) of the Product and/or the Services;
- its agents and service providers providing services relating to the purposes for which the personal data is collected;
- third parties (including those located overseas) who provide data processing services to 57Network;
- its marketing partners and/or advertisers for use in marketing, promotional or other activities as 57Network may determine from time to time;
- appointed/panel solicitors who attend to the matters relating to any breach or enforcement of contracts/agreements; to defend any rights of 57Network, its personnel;
- any person who has undertaken a duty of confidentiality to keep such data confidential;
- any law enforcement agency, courts of Malaysia or pursuant to any court order.
