Roles & Responsibilities for this position:

Subscription Management:
  • Efficiently handle subscription renewals, ensuring a high renewal rate.
  • Follow up with existing clients and close sales promptly.

Administrative and General Operations:
  • Handle administrative tasks in the operations department.
  • Engage in ongoing training for software products and industry trends.
  • Provide basic software support to internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency and Strategy:
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies for operational efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing process improvement ideas.

Marketing and Communication:
  • Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and marketing materials.
  • Strategically plan and produce weekly video content for social media and marketing, positioning the brand as thought leaders in organizational efficacy.

Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
  • Conduct financial analysis for decision-making in operations.
  • Execute post-service surveys to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Lead Generation and New Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new leads through various channels.

  • Provide software support to customers.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.

Marketing Support and Strategy:

  • Assist the Sales Director in achieving monthly targets and contribute to strategic marketing activities.
