Smartsheet Empowerment Day: A Fun and Engaging Experience with TNB

Yesterday (14 July 2025) marked an exciting milestone for us as we hosted our very first Smartsheet Empowerment Day for one of our valued customers, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). It was a brief yet dynamic two-hour event packed with fun and informative activities. Here’s a glimpse into our day filled with learning, laughter, and connection.

Morning Mingling and Munching

Our day began with a delightful hour-long breakfast session. This was a wonderful opportunity for our 25 participants to arrive, connect with one another, and recharge. The casual atmosphere allowed everyone to relax, chat, and fuel up before diving into the day's activities.

Kicking Off with an Introduction

At 9 a.m., the event officially kicked off with a warm welcome and an introduction to our program. We took this opportunity to introduce 57Network as specialists in Modern Work Management. Our expertise spans across several areas, including:

• Cybersecurity: The foundation for every business, crucial for safeguarding environments.
• Smart Solutions: Empowering teams to work with enhanced efficacy.
• Connect and Collaboration Solutions: Enhancing team collaboration for better outcomes.

Riddle Me This: Team Challenge Activities

The event’s energy truly came alive during our team challenge activities. Each team was tasked with creating riddles for others to solve, utilizing the assistance of AI tools. However, the answers had to be all human! The riddles were a hit, sparking laughter and curiosity as teams engaged in this light-hearted competition.

Showcasing Smartsheet Solutions

The highlight of the day was our showcase of three powerful Smartsheet solutions tailored for our participants:

1. Property Management
   
2. Task & Program Tracker
   
3. Budget Management
   

In addition to these, we introduced some premium applications, demonstrating how teams can scale and enhance their existing solutions. This was an interactive session, with participants enthusiastically exploring how these tools could be applied to improve their processes. The discussion revolved around tracking work and assets more efficiently and improving reporting capabilities.

Interactive Q&A: Enhancing Processes

The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session. Participants were eager to learn more about leveraging Smartsheet solutions to enhance their existing processes. This interactive dialogue was invaluable, as it encouraged participants to think critically about their workflows and explore new ways to optimize their operations.

In summary, our first Smartsheet Empowerment Day was a resounding success. It was a day of collaborative learning, filled with insights and new connections.
