  • Flexible work arrangements? For now, we can say that 57Network is currently practicing flexible work arrangements, and here’s what it means to me as a mom:
  • Being able to start work slightly later if my child has a difficult morning or needs extra care.
  • Adjusting my schedule to attend important appointments like clinic visits or school matters without taking full-day leave.
  • Managing my tasks based on outcomes, not strict hours, so I can balance both work responsibilities and caring for my child.

2. Build Managers Who Coach

  • Our managers don’t just assign tasks, they check in weekly (yes, weekly!) to talk about priorities, challenges, and life outside work.
  • They ask these questions: “How can I help?” and even, “Hey! are you OK outside the job too?”

3. Make Conversations Real

  • During check-ins, managers help team members prioritize and navigate stressors.
  • ​We make space for people to open up: “What’s going on at home?” “How are you feeling this week?”
  • ​We encourage sharing together: if one person found a coping strategy that works, others can too.

4. Connect When On Site

  • Even though we're fully remote, connection is still a big part of how we work. We don’t just grind behind our screens, we create space for creative collaboration, virtual team huddles, and meaningful moments together.
