• Response Time: All support requests will receive an initial response within 1 working day
• Resolution Time: Issue resolution will typically be completed within up to 5 working days, though more complex cases may require additional time depending on the nature and severity of the issue

• Level 1: Customer's IT Team - initial troubleshooting and basic issue resolution
• Level 2: 57Network - advanced diagnostics, configuration review and resolution support
• Level 3: Bitdefender Support Team - escalation for complex or product-specific issues requiring principal-level intervention
